Hello from Canada. I am just beginning my journey into cemeteries and have a question. I rarely hear birds. I have rarely heard them myself, and I don't hear them now. Is this something you have noticed??

The strangest thing I've found in a cemetery were stored guns that had broken through the seal like in this video. The police took the gun's away --They watched the place & caught mob dudes driving a big black caddy when they went to retrieve their weapons. I'm way more scared of some 'humans' then I am of 'ghosts'.

Dan, ive only watched 3 or 4 of your videos and like everyone else i dont know what is so captivating. i have noticed a few things and wanted to share if you didnt know. i believe this one is the one that has the 2 hands connected outside of the vaults. you said you wondered what that was all about. well there 2 cemeteries in Germany, one on each side of the "wall". from what i remember the hands were a man and wife that were separated during the time of the wall. they did or someone got the idea to have them reach across and join hands in death. An amazing tour, including the musicians' section, with Schubert, Brahams, and Beethoven! I found out that the grave with the reclining Cupid on the lap of a sitting cartoon bunny said, in German, "Unknown Artist" on the stone. "Unbekannter Kunstler" -- 2010. Perhaps one of the oddest memorials.

Fantastic Dan went there once a few years ago and cried my eyes out before i went in the parsonage one of the tour guides said oh dear is your Mum sick does she need a chair. My daughter replied nah shes just overwhelmed to be here lol. My favourite room is the first room on the left aand standing in the front hall looking at the stairs going up imagining then going up to bed and coming down in the morning. Lets face it,modern “society” does not give a sh*t about the dead anymore, so all these mausoleums will degrade and sooner or later have a load of houses or something built on them just as burial places have done for centuries.

I like the architecture of the tombs and all the different statues and images placed on them. It is amazing that so many children died in that time period. Great job!!

There is something sad about the hall with all those over due payment stickers on so many graves then seeing how long ago these people past away. I get many said 1960 and around and i get this is long long ago but still idk just makes me feel a bit sad. These people are resting there and after so long shouldnt be used to their existing family, how many generations past, to still need to pay a fee. I wish they had a system like they have here that would prevent such a thing from happening. There is quite some empty spots he walked past not like they in dire need of the space either... just doesnt feel right at all.

Dude, you get into one of the crypts. You hear someone coming you pull a rosary out of your pocket and stand by one of the crypts like you are saying the rosary. They aren't going to bother you.

The chapels are private propery so the cemetery management can't do much about their interiors, but the rest of the cemetery is really a shame, since people pay taxes for the its upkeep.

What was with the mist or smoke that poured into the vault with the open hole on door at beginning?

the true source of the smell was back 15 years ago there were traps set inside to catch rats but none got caught until a month before you came, there were 18 traps set 12 caught a group of rats raiding the tomb and just rotted were they died.
